Growing up in India as a little girl, I was surrounded by a world painted in vibrant hues—colors that spoke of joy, resilience, and identity. Moving to the U.S. brought amazing opportunities but also a quiet pressure to conform. Slowly, the brightness I carried dimmed under the neutral tones of corporate life. Yet, each time I chose authenticity, that spark returned. Now, as a corporate professional and a mother, I’m driven to reclaim that vibrancy—for myself, for my daughter, and for every woman who’s ever felt the need to dim her light.
